Here at MCh, we follow a philosophy that every HiWi is a new potential PhD student.

The following rules apply:

• responsibility for the HiWi falls on their supervisor
• supervisors need to check whether their HiWis act responsibly and in compliance with the MCh rules
• HiWis cannot start working in laboratories before they receive appropriate safety trainings

Among scientific tasks, HiWis are also expected to provide support to general MCh activities such as copying materials, exam support, moving or delivering stuff etc.
