• Update equipment that is currently being used at MCh, and its corresponding status (and/or known issues).

Below are things than need to be addressed with the highest priority due to various reasons (e.g. provided information are outdated, or plainly wrong).

• Check and re-do or re-upload documentations of an equipment in case links are broken.
• Correct single equipment entries to be up-to-date.
• Correct outdated information at all wiki pages.
