The standard introduction procedure is outlined below to serve as a template for all supervisors responsible for new staff members:

• building tour with a short personal introduction to all staff members that are currently present,
• instruction on kitchen rules (incl. coffee kitty),
• introduction of the copying machines as well as the office material storage.
