When it is mandatory to <wrap em>discuss content of presentations with JMS</wrap>, it is imperative to send JMS email <wrap em>at the very least 14 days prior to the planned event</wrap> (talk or meeting, including conference talks), and put a printout with timestamp to JMS mail folder.

 +===== Wednesday (MCh) Meetings =====

 +<wrap em>Every Wednesday at 11:00</wrap> (unless specified otherwise), there is scheduled an MCh-internal meeting. The meeting is usually held in a mixed online/in-person format, and consists of two main parts - organizational (what needs to be addressed at the institute etc.) and scientific (a presentation of research work etc.).
